So this is some kind of communal organization - there is a "mentor" at the top, and a bunch of "mentees" who do work for each other/for the mentor.Hopefully the asset is all in your name and your name only.

And via the clustering we are utilizing green-space in a communal manner thus reducing foot-print of that BUT retaining such perception as each unit has walkout to what seems a BIG green space.

@Ryan Daulton, as you can probably tell from the replies, "having a partner" means different things to different people.Like Nathan noted, entering into any type of partnership, where there is communal ownership of an asset, is a lot like finding a spouse.
