When you say, build the first one, do you mean you are building multiple different storage bays with six or so in each? 

Some Bay Area jurisdictions have more than discussed it.

Buying a property in the Bay Area to STR would cost over $1 million.

there are 3 or 4 companies that sell how to programs normally about 2k to 3k.. this will give you the basics.. or you can try to find a used set of books tapes on E bay for 50 bucks or so.
