Im a newby investor no deals yet but im interested in Residential assisted living homes. If anyone is near tampa bay and has experience with this I'd love to network and connect. Also, any suggestion of things to watch out for will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rena, gr8 way and good entering point to resolving financial issues.

Location, location and location is very important when looking or thinking of ur potential client. Look for an existing one that has the cashflow. No deed restricted community. Ample parking space, plus reliable and dependable staffing makes a huge difference.

Goodluck and welcome to this amazing community.
