Hello Bigger Pockets community! Greetings from the Bay Area in California. I am new to the area with my family of 3. I have a W2 job and just getting started with real estate investing. I have been listening to the BP podcast and been reading the forum as well as RE books. I'm beginning to take interest in buying a single family rental or a small multi-family as a preferred strategy. Would love to hear from the community on tips to get started and best locations to find my first property. If there are local meet-ups or if there are people who are willing to connect, I'd like to hear about that, too. I'm really excited to be part of this group, as I've heard good things about it. Looking forward!
