However it as well does not spread as quickly as covid-19- covid-19 fatality 3.5% (so far), so one could argue that this is all blown out of proportion for such a low level, granted again (and building anxiety over it won’t help) but these are numbers taken from around the world where health care systems (at the moment) are really able to (for the most part) help those affected and try to contain the virus overall.

A little visit to Willie will cure any sorta anxiety though : ) A really great resource to see long term trends besides the US Census department is the texas a&m real estate center or even a visit to the austin chamber of commerce.

I am going to forge ahead even though I am scared to death, even more anxiety about the economy (more if renters are going to be able to pay rent once I get a multi-family property)....but, it isn't going to get much cheaper to invest.
