Hey, Jessie Randolph here. I bought my first house when I was 21 and am now going to turn it into a rental property at the age of 27. I'm hoping by the end of the year to own 3 rentals that cash flow. I think I found my second deal but admittedly i am worried. I am an electrician for the union and plan on traveling the states building windmills until I can get a steady income of rentals, then hopefully I can start investing and helping others pursue the same passion for real estate.   I'm out of town a lot for work but hopefully I can gather some good information from the forums. A friend from work actually got me to listen to the BP podcast and that's what eventually led me to this moment. So big thanks to Raul for that. Uhh hobbies include looking at my 69 mach 1 sit in the garage and wait for me to follow my dreams of FI so I can fix her up, hiking and video games. I think that is about it for this introduction so  this is Jessie Randolph with my co host anxiety signing off.
