I just so happened to pull into my driveway at the same time this stranger was walking around the vacant building, say hello, and it turned into buying his four unit building.

I’m more comfortable with someone that’s rented from me for six years than I am a stranger for sure.Depending on how under valued you are- you could raise rent slightly, but don’t do it to the point you lose a great tenant.. assuming they are one.

You will be responsible for the flow of strangers coming in and out and making sure they have a 'valuable' experience with your property as well as keeping up with reviews, transient occupancy taxes, etc. etc.

You may as well ask "how long is a string".You also need to keep in mind the opinions of strangers are nothing more than ideas and have no real value until you determine if they apply to your personal situation and goals.
