Wholesaler From Chicago New To BP But No Stranger To Real Estate

What's up BP peeps!

My is Lazerrick and I'm a Wholesaler out of Chicago. I got my start in real estate back in 2009/2010 but it didn't last long. I try my hand at Wholesaling back then while still in high school. I had read a ton of books on real estate investing and Wholesaling was the simplest way that seemed for me to get started. Especially seeing how I didn't have no money.

I just took what I knew and tried to make something happen and nothing did...

So I took a break from the real estate thing.

Fast forward to earlier this year. I found out that a buddy I knew had started Wholesaling and was having great success with it. I called him up and asked him to show me what he was doing. He started mentoring me and I started to see results. I got a few deals under my belt and looking to do more.

I'm here to network with other investors (buyers) looking for deals, wholesalers open to partner up on deals, and Realtors I can help in return for helping me find deals. And just learn more about real estate investing as a whole.

I like Wholesaling however I would like to broaden my horizon . Through a few BP networking events I found about "house hacking" and I interested in learning more about that. 

Other than that I just looking to learn, network and hopefully make some money with you guys.
