I purchased a 2 unit rental property I planed on moving in on one side and renting out the other.

I'M VERY CAREFUL on what i do and work to the detail for example if i do a drywall repair you wont be able to tell there was a hole, i have been through the hard time of finding good contractors myself been a maintenance supervisor for a management company but as i'm approaching the real estate i'm planing to do as much as i can on my own to save me some money at the begging.

I was not planing on paying them the rest till they were done, I am trying to resolve everything while keeping the job moving, so that I am not stuck with an unfinished roof, upset neighbors and alot of frustration.Hopefully this will all work out.
