Handymen Recommendations in Jacksonville,FL?

Hi Everyone, 

I am looking for recommendations for reliable and quality handymen in Jacksonville,FL that do great work at reasonable prices. Being able to take digital photos and email/txt photos is a big plus as well. 

Own several properties in Jacksonville,FL and looking to continue purchasing in the area so looking for a long term type of relationship rather than a one time deal on one property. 

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
