Some of my units don't have laundry.

I’m looking at a great triplex, (historic building, near downtown) but none of the units have laundry in the unit.

You can increase Curb appeal with some power washing, paint, and new landscaping.

Sorry for the odd title and  description but it is hard to ask this question with few words.I own a power washing business and I mostly wash walkways, sidewalks breezeways, etc and I have tried to get into doing jobs for the big apartment complexes here in Phoenix and I have gotten a few but not many.

The only thing the landlord stated was he didn't want to get in the middle of family issues.

I only charge the amount for the background check so it’s a wash for me.  

So I am getting ready to close on a property that I will be purchasing furnished (washing machine, fridge, couch, etc.).

The rental includes a basement laundry, main living level and bedrooms upstairs.
