Roof, windows, doors, garage doors, gas forced air furnaces, AC heat pumps, appliances(stove, dishwasher, fridge may have been replaced, but still dated), and toilets all original, so about 30 years old.

We are lucky to have good people are on our crew, they put in time to get the job done.Cut The Water Before You Demo a Kitchen:  decided to demo the kitchen at our latest project, I was smart enough to know to cut the power before I removed the dishwasher but foolish enough to forget to cut the water!!!

Plumbing was already conveniently in the walls, (it backed up to the main bathroom), so all I did was upgrade the counter top electrical with GFI's & a separate outlet to the dishwasher.

Here is what I know so far:Medicaid has a lien on the house for $40,000 and is making her sell it.She owns the house outright and hasn’t lived in the house for about 4 yearsLast year they did buy a new stove, dishwasher and furnace (not sure why) The mom wants the house sold fast and wants about $12,000 extra cash for herself.The house: Is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathlot size of about 9,000 sqfthouse is about 800 SqftHas a lot of deferred maintenance They are nervous about doing an inspection, which makes me suspicious The house next door is on the market for $215,000, but is a 3 bedroom 2 bath.
