Purchase price: $195,000
Cash invested: $45,000

3 bedroom 2 bath home. 2 car garage with water irrigation system. Large lot in established neighborhood. New HVAC system. New water heater. Capital expenses in 2019 and 2020: New paint and new electrical panel, many new lights and plugs. Security lights added. New front door and frame with keypad entry. New back door and frame. New dishwasher. New roof (2019).
