Prashant P. yes, there is a built in dehumidifier, above the furnace, in the laundry room.not sure if the tenants are turning it on. perhaps i should have them run it year-round.

They come with 4-motion (4 wheel drive) ... but we have lots of winter up here as well and I have no trouble with my two wheel drive (with locking differential) .. as long as the tyres are not too hard and I throw a little weight on back.

I'm kind of seeing the wisdom of going a little bit slower so you can not have the lending situation be so crazy with multiple things in motion at the same time, plus I'm seeing that it would be wise for me to put the brakes on a little bit so I can make sure that all these properties will rent for what my property manager told they told me they would, before I keep going.
