Hello,

Quick question: has anyone successfully invested in real estate while living or working in Europe?

Not necessarily investing in real estate that is located in Germany, but investing for example i real estate in the US while living abroad?

Any suggestions and / or advice is appreciated.

Thank you for the detailed response and tips.

I am currently in the process of closing a deal but going through the motions with the lender and UW.
