I do not believe all the hype of making deals without any of your own money.

While making money in the mean time.Do people really use these companies or are they just hype.

With all the hype of Indianapolis the last 10 years has anyone shifted focus on other areas near Indy?

This guy was throwing BOMBS of knowledge at us, talking about his personal experiences in real estate, getting into markets early before the hype hits them *cough* south side *cough* and investing while you still can.Here's his philosophy:"If you're going to buy a property on the block, why not run the whole block?"

There's a lot of hype and gurus going around that make the business seem like a no brainer. 

What can I say finding this website was nothing short of great reading good and non hype stories/ideas from individuals just like my self is a treat.

You'll get a little useful info, but expect a lot of hype because at the end they are going to try and sell you an expensive coaching program.
