My first real estate seminar

Hello everyone, I am interested in real estate investing. I am invited to what would be my first seminar next week in NYC, where I live. http://www.thansnyevent.com. The seminar will be covering topics from house flipping to rental properties. I am not sure of what format those type of seminars have but I assume that at some point there will be an open forum for questions and answers.. What questions should I ask? Sergio.

Leave your checkbook and credit cards at home and bring business cards instead. Stay on biggerpockets and the library for learning. Reach out to people here and network. Go to meetup.com and search for real estate meetups and go to as many as you can. That'll give you a great start.
