So I was happy to say, here's where you turn in your application, they run your background check, they run your credit and anything that I can see you can see also, in addition, this is not a profit center for me because you pay them and I don't get any money for your application.

He will have a huge advantage being in law enforcement in this regard he can screen background checkand read people far better than the average landlord could hope to and mitigate getting a bad tenant therefore virtually eliminating his headaches

@Eric Burgh....before he gets on the lease, you require a background and credit check....just like any tenant on the lease.

So a brief backstory: army spouse, business/accounting background, moving several states (two time zones) away, four young children (6 and under), do not plan to work when we move (not anytime soon anyway).My husband and I only have this 1 property that was built in 2013 but will be looking to invest more down the line.
