New Investor - Charlotte, NC Area - Just Closed My First Deal!

Hey everyone! Just got back from the attorney's office. My wife and I have officially joined the party. We just closed our first deal in Cornelius, NC. We found the property off-market through an agent contact. The property came with a 5 year long-term renter not looking to leave which was a bonus.

Just have to let the cash  rebuild a bit while hunting for the next one!

Deals are much harder to come by here Charlotte, so patience is definitely a virtue for finding a great deal.
