Basement is unfinished and split into two parts(one per apartment), but would like to connect it, set up part of it as a workshop room, laundry room, wine storage area, and possibly media room. 

Has not all been wine and roses thoughhave lived and worked through 4 major economic Calamities that affected real estate..

Whatever you look at I encourage you not to do what everyone else is doing for example a basic log cabin with rustic furniture and a wooden bear statue, there are hundreds of those and it provides your potential guest no reason to pick you over anyone else's cabin.

For example, we've had a few mixers at The Wine Lab in Newport Beach and, last week, they had a "Beer and Brats" mixer in Anaheim (I couldn't make that one, darn it).There's also the Investor Workshops that meet up in Orange.

I'll use the term "wholesaler" interchangeably in this, as the wine and the espresso fight for my attention. 

I made the huge mistake of relocating to San Francisco from NYC for a high paying job and like some Napa wines, it was not for me.

We are very excited about the colors as well, the main body of the house is Wooden Oar, kind of a brown/beige with a hit of moss green, the trim is all a very light beige, and the roof is black.

There are 4 4x4 posts in concrete ready to receive a 6-8' wooden fence of some sort.
