Hey Y'all. I'm sitting here at the Opryland Hotel with my agents, having a glass of wine and going over our notes from the conference. It was such an amazing experience and I'm full of ideas I want to execute on for my brokerage and with my agents. The highest priority goal is to hire some kind of productivity/accountability coach to help us build, execute and track consistently on our own Four Disciplines of Execution type goals so our agents can stay on track with their goals and we can grow our company.

So here are the questions: who do you know that does this kind of thing and is for hire? What types of questions should I ask this person to find out if they can actually do what I'm hoping for them to do. Should I look at only established contractors with a track record? Or also consider people with the right brain and personality type who can be our own in-house coach for this on staff? Is there an existing job title or description for what I'm looking for? Or even some search keywords?

Just for background, we are a small, boutique real estate brokerage with a high percentage of agent/investors and we work with a lot of investors in our market. Many of our agents are brand new, but have big goals and just need some accountability and structure to hit them.

Thanks for your help BP and holy smokes, what a fun event!!!
