Even if I continued renting both apartments at 1450, I’d cash flow 400-600/month (probably closer to 400) I’d like to raise rents but my apartments do not have to same amenities and attractive styles as the ones currently being built around my neighborhood... like dishwashers for example and beautiful living spaces.
