Attention Real Estate Agents: Question
Hello,
I am a newer agent and normally go to someone from my brokerage office for help but with everyone working remotely, it's been difficult to get simple questions answered. So thanks in advance for any help during these times!
I am putting a Residential Listing Agreement together, but there are 3 different names as owners for this property. The RLA only has lines for 2 names/owners max. Public Records show the owner names as "Smith, Joe & Mary" & "Bob Brown".
So I am curious as to how I can write up the RLA in this situation.

Russell, that sounds easy enough. Thank you very much!
