For me personally I could / would never live in FLA or anywhere in the Deep south because of the humidity and how flat the terrain is.. although I would live in Charleston thats the only place for my personal choice..

@Irving RiveraI don't have any properties in the area but if you haven't already I recommend driving around and talk to the neighbors to gather more information. 

Here in VA there are a lot of very deep value or abandoned multifamily buildings.

Thanks, Hey Mickey, not sure what the 50/50 means in your day-to-day life, but Melbourne to Fort Lauderdale is a 2+ hour drive.

Luckily, i took a picture of the inside of the lock and was able to give the guest the embedded code so they could get in and out.Question is, do i have to drive 5 hours down to the property and start all over again initializing it or is there some other way someone knows of to re-integrate it into everything?

My two cents is to not let the financing drive your decision making.
