I'm looking to get my first out of state LTR investment property in one of these markets:-Cincinnati, OH-Allentown, PA-Scranton, PA-Montgomery, AL-South Bend, INWould love to hear some insight/tips/advice from anyone who has investment properties or experience in either one of those markets!
