Hi everyone! I'm looking to get my first out of state LTR investment property in one of these markets:

-Cincinnati, OH

-Allentown, PA

-Scranton, PA

-Montgomery, AL

-South Bend, IN

Would love to hear some insight/tips/advice from anyone who has investment properties or experience in either one of those markets!

@Christine Rebamonte I recommend taking a look at the larger Ohio markets. Cincinnati and Cleveland are good for cash flow while Columbus can give a combo of appreciation/cash flow. Rents have also risen a ton in Columbus and Cleveland: https://www.biggerpockets.com/...
