Getting Property's Last Sold Price

Stephanie Szeto
Posted

Hi there - I'm trying to figure out how to pull a property's last sold price when it's not readily available in the MLS listing "History" section. How do people usually get this information if it's not listed on there?

I also tried Zillow (not included), and looking up the property on the county clerk's records (where I see a few deeds of trust, but looking through them, they don't seem to give me the last sold price). Any other leads to get this data? Thanks!

Hello @Stephanie Szeto have you reached out to a Title rep to see if there is a full title they can pull, and what info they give you? That would be a great place, maybe a realtor you are working with or yourself has been in contact with a title rep before. They are usually really good and searching title, and also reading between the lines on what the title shows. That's what I always do if I am in need of that info.
