We want to travel, maybe buy a sprinter adventure van or a tiny house in the white mountains, or maybe invest in a few AIRBNB's down the road near ski areas to keep up our adventurous lifestyle (this one is more selfish but tourism in New England is great and steady).We look forward to to being regular on the forums and look forward to meeting and interacting with all the fine folks on BP.

@Patty Gonzalez I have used CraigsList to locate handymen, grass mowers or other to go and look at the properties for me, take pictures and give estimates for their work - I offer to then send them a check for their time regardless Another option is to ask a pest control company to to the same - you'll want a termite check anyway, so why not.
