The whole idea is for the student to learn but if the dog is on a short leash and the hunter gets to do the shooting, dressing out the kill and has the trophy mounted, the dog will always just be chasing.

I have other things in my office standard wall calendar, small wall mounted book shelf, degrees, and some Frank Lloyd Wright/Architectural Prints/Photos, but I want to declutter them and focus my office envelope into more purposeful, motivational, and task oriented. 

Carter Mountain West is one of the newer developments that’s north of Hochatown about 8 miles and there are some new developments going in near Mount Hermon which is about 10 to 15 minutes further north I was up there yesterday and Carter Mountain West probably over 3/4 of it is already sold and not even fully developed yet no utilities to most of the places.  

If it looks bad you can wipe it off and retry.Or if it looks like it is going to look horrible, leave the top half alone and find some sort of low profile pot hanger or tray sleeve or something to mount over the hole.

The Mount Washington area is beautiful, if I were to move back that's where I'd be looking to go to.

I would expand on what you did and cut a door down smaller, mount a center floor slider, and create a spice rack and/or pullout cookie sheet drawer.

The feeder should be wired into the low water cut off mounted near the sight glass usually.

When we do consent to the installation of a satellite dish on a property, we either provide a mount on the roof (with an existing chase way/conduit into the building) or require them to erect a pole on the premises and run the cable to a designated location (conduit into a mechanical room).A few years ago, we had an installer for a local Internet service provider arrive at one of our properties  - for an install we requested - and, before we arrived on-site, he had drilled a hole in through the new siding and freshly rehabbed and air-sealed building envelope to run a feed ... despite the fact we had supplied a conduit for just that purpose.  

Our lease states that they cannot have a dish permanently mounted to the house without permission.

@Antonio Yang  The recessed lights are much nicer than standard surface mount light fixtures.
