Satellite placement on roof
I have a tenant who wants to place a satellite dish on the roof of the house he rents. There are no restrictions in the community. However, I am concerned about possible damage to a relatively new roof. Should I be concerned? Are there other ways we could get the satellite without punching holes in the roof?
Thanks

@Terry P. @JD Martin I agree with JD's post. If you have SFR and no community restrictions get it in the lease agreement they have to have permission and can not place on the house. I had purchased a rental from another investor. They had 3 different satellite dishes installed directly on the roof. Drilled straight through the shingles and didn't even bother to seal where they attached the bracket to the roof. After seeing that for myself I made the change in my rentals.
