For a SFH, a cost segregation study will probably cost around $3,000 -$4,000 but that also depends on the type and quality of study you decide to get done. 

This could be attributed to the higher quality of life, better schools, and overall satisfaction with the living conditions in the more upscale areas and there is no thing like 0 vacancy. 

My suggestion is focus on the QUALITY OF THE CONTENT.CREATE CONTENT THAT ADDRESS THE PAIN POINTS OF YOUR AVATAR.At the end of the day, there’s no magic formula, there is no way to game the algorithm as it keeps changing anyway, jist ge consistent and post quality content.
