I try and keep top notch records and keep receipts for everything.

I agree with Michael Ealy when he says to kick it up a notch from the competition. 

I figure with those notches in my belt, I might just have what it takes to be a successful investor.I am looking hard for my first fix and flip opportunity in the DFW region and welcome any input. 

Consider also hiring a cleaner to come through once a month paid by you, rather than the guest, so you have eyes to see how the property is and also keeps the place top notch.

Hi BP friends-Newbie here looking for a recommendation for a top-notch agent to help me and my wife find our next primary residence.

The quality of their cabinets is top notch as well.

The reason they can produce the same results as a self checkout because they are staffed, lines open, people are top notch friendly, and even crazier they can charge more for their groceries and the customers keep coming back.
