You need more than just a Will, you need a health care directive, a person that would have Power of Attorney if your incapacitated. 

Did you read that social connections are really valuable to your overall health and happiness?

Mold that is a health hazard would make the property uninhabitable.

By using a doctors form, you control the content and can ensure it is only completed by a trained mental health professional.

If you are used to working and managing property for actual "investors" who make sound decisions based on what's best for the financial health of their properties you may be in for a bit of a surprise with HOA Boards.
