Only thing that would have made the story better would be if you would have presented the old owner with her old tin toy when she came back to see how you transformed the home.

Of course, I am expressing my own bias that we need more than the buck to be the underlying purpose.One that I have been working on is to take what appears to be problems and utilizing my own imagination and creativity, along with timeless principles, transform those situations into positive, pleasing and profitable opportunities.

And yes, transforming something from ugly to beautiful is a lot to be proud of!

@Troy Gandee  got it.. we have 3 listed on Oak... you can find them on MLS.then at Oak and Buist you will see 3 more going up those are mine as well and I have 2 more lots to build on there. we are buying the MHP and moving out the low end trailers as well it will transform that whole area.. just like what we have been talking about..Love SC  tenant laws.. we can just give 30 day notice on the trailers. 

Sure there are parts of Pittsburgh that have tripped in value the last 5-10 years (East Liberty), but I personally believe the transformation is just beginning.
