@Troy Gandee got it.. we have 3 listed on Oak... you can find them on MLS.then at Oak and Buist you will see 3 more going up those are mine as well and I have 2 more lots to build on there. we are buying the MHP and moving out the low end trailers as well it will transform that whole area.. just like what we have been talking about..Love SC tenant laws.. we can just give 30 day notice on the trailers.
