@John McKeeSome states allow a contract for deed to be done with and existing mortgage (and some do not), that is the most common way I see this occurring.

The existing buildings only occupy the front portion of the lot, leaving about .4 acres of vacant land.  

Hi guys,I am unfortunately not going to have the time to set up and run a new mastermind.Have any of you guys had any luck finding an existing masterminds that focuses on creative finance?

Are you sure you can't generate some rental income from the land by perhaps renting it as parking spaces or even storage to existing tenants?

We are looking at a 15 acre parcel of land with an existing mobile home.  

A bit strange, I thought about this a bit and I didn't know if this could be signs of a sketchy scenario or if it was none of my business (besides the non-existent damage to the doors/ windows).

They mentioned many of their projects are new construction and raw land development which seem to be more risky deals than lending on typical fix and flip of existing structure.

I recently purchased a 2500 sq ft lot on level ground, situated between two existing houses.

I understand that 300k of the 400k will be paying the existing mortgage. 

However, as well know , there is nothing that nanny state will allow to exist without stifling it.
