A true hidden gem of the South and only room to grow!

There was one I found via other forums within BiggerPocket like a gem says that you could actually do 3% or 5% convention loan using a Freddie Mac's Home Possible Loan, you just have to be eligible below or equal to the 80% of the annual salary income zone in a map.

Whether a new origination or a vintage loan, it is the same semantics.  

but usually need well and septic.. its a very hidden gem that area..  

From what I've seen so far, there's a lot of great gems and I'll make sure to tune into the podcasts!

Do people just shop the big box stores or are there any hidden gems with low prices that people know of.

You'll need to learn how to find those "hidden" gems. 

A lot of different styles of properties, different vintages, and an urban core that is thriving.
