Grays are 1970's Bell bottoms now and white's are "Where it's at".Grey is in the rear view mirror.But I wonder from a renters point of view--do they know this yet or do they still think grey is trendy(???)

(the bronze/gray tinted lens) The white or frosted do better (and resist a bit more heat).As Nathan said above, if at some point you want to take them out and all, wait until you install a new roof (usually removing the old one first), and then do the structural work (for larger openings) and cover-over then.JsRoofing.comIf you have more specific questions, feel free to email or message me!

I would have a "Come to Jesus" meeting with the owner..... you follow the lease and the law, or .you find another PM.As to a large property, thats a bit more "gray"...... as long as the owner isnt snooping around the actual building and close outdoor living areas the tenants use, then I wouldn't be as upset with the owner

I often find myself using similar phrases like "it depends", "maybe", "it's a gray area", "in general", "it might be aggressive", which seem to be a part of an accountant's vernacular as an inherently cautious group.

@Gray Diffee If you are closing Aug 31, I wouldn't worry about the rent for the day as you're likely closing at noon on the 31st, so you are talking about 12 hours worth of rent.
