Uh Oh! It looks like Grays are on their way out.

Conversations with a couple of interior designers both saying the same thing. 

Grays are 1970's Bell bottoms now and white's are "Where it's at".

Grey is in the rear view mirror.

But I wonder from a renters point of view--do they know this yet or do they still think grey is trendy(???)

Both were really rare-ring to go on the white trend, but will the potential renters think the unit needs painting (if it's white).

If the paying customer thinks grey is desirable, and white is for rent--that's going to be time on market and $$ lost.

Any thoughts on this--I mean do you think it's too early in the (FAD) to offer white units (???)

(and some renters are more dirty on walls than others)

What are your thoughts... for class B and C rentals.
