So before and after all I've done is listen, learn and read about REI everyday that my fiancee said i talk about it in my sleep..like seriously having conversations lol But because I'm learning so much from my mentor, reading and of course BP (god sent) i have so many questions that i seem to get ahead of myself.

@Brandon Turner Reading between the lines, Account Closed might value your property as being say, $15k more valuable than a similar property that might need its siding replaced very soon (or $10k, or $5K or $0k or even $50k) depending on his knowledge of what the market will pay vis-a-vis before and after.

I don't know what your residency status is (green card, work visa, student visa, etc) but if you're not a resident (i.e. do not have a green card) you need to read up on taxes and something called FIRPTA.
