Unprofessional behavior like this agent is displaying is what gives Realtors a bad name in the eyes of the public.  

The Austin area displayed strong, steady growth in the first half of 2018. 

After prominently displaying the move-in costs in my ads, I now only get people who are financially solvent approaching me for showings.

Then we will have the gurus talking about how to buy right and all those programs from 2010, 2011 and 2012 will be on display again, but seasoned investors have seen this, we know what to expect. 

I would add that an inordinate number of the properties I happen to look up in Harris County Property Tax Records still lack data for current tax year and may not display payments for previous years.

I don't think you would have a hard time finding buyers or partners for that matter if you could display the "deal" clearly with the numbers.

Got a question for those of you that have bidded on and purchased REO properties off of Hubzu.When they have a "Own It Now" price displayed, if I was to win the auction for less (much less) than the Own It Now price, is their counter going to be a little less than that, or is that just going to be what they counter with regardless in your experience?

I can sum it up this way: I have yet to see ANYthing which does not display this one fatal shortcoming - REAL big on the "what to do" and "why to do it", but they all fall flat on the "how to do it".
