I am looking to by property in Boston, MA. I do not have capital to invest but see many opportunities before any one else. I need Investors with large capital.

I don't think you would have a hard time finding buyers or partners for that matter if you could display the "deal" clearly with the numbers. You have to be able to create some kind of marketing sheet that shows all the cost, rehab, ARV etc etc.......if you can do that you have a way better shot then just looking for buyers.

I use a local hard money lender for my flips, we sometimes even do joint ventureships (they fund 100%)....its not that hard to get money if you actually have real deals.
