Hi All,

This is my first post in BiggerPockets forums but I have been lurking the forums for the last couple of months. Excellent educational resources, and even better, success stories.

About me: My previous role was healthcare tech consulting, now full-time investor. Still lots to learn, glad to be part of the community. While a new member on the forums, I have been actively networking with the community, including recent Seattle meet-up In tacoma, hosted by Brandon Turner. Great job on your success Brandon. It was also beneficial to hear from what others are doing.

I am currently focused on wholesaling distressed properties in the North Seattle- South Seattle Area to build up capital and may consider cash-flow rental properties/4-plexes in the future. (2% cash flow sounds like an ideal situation, property management seems ok)

I am also interested in meeting with other local investors, hard money lenders whom are in the market for single-family homes, given the deal makes business sense.. I will be re-launching my website shortly here (changing host server), which has a signup for buyers list, where I note which properties may be a good deal, Whether it be Zillow foreclosures, short sales, etc..

I'm also interested in meeting others in the community with a passion for house-flipping, including newbies.

Tony
