The silver lining is this disappointment has lead me to become an aspiring investor in Real Estate.

I'm disappointed because I didn't expect to make another mistake like this but I'm learning its apart of the business and we all have to pay our dues....

So to my disappointment I may have to start Wholesaling until I can move away from doing so.

While perhaps slightly disappointing (though expected) that the $350k isn't a valuation, it's good to know that I was comparing apples to oranges and that my insurance company isn't artificially increasing my rates.  

Having an agent on the inside was crucial but having them send photos of an address that had no home on it was a bit disappointing.

To expect it to be otherwise is to set yourself up for some disappointment IMO.

You won't be disappointed with what BP has to offer!

I may have missed something, but I was a little disappointed to see that there really haven't been any big forum discussions about "The Great Flood of 2016" as I've heard has been the case in the national media.

I wasn't disappointed, with the list of of items to clear.Being my first real estate trans action...kinda felt like someone was watching out for me.

Needless to say, my education in real estate has been learned through disappointments and bad advice.
