Philly Metro Wholesaler

Hello,

I'm a fairly new investor that focuses on the Philly Metro area. I've been having some success so far due to my background in business to business sales. This experience has given me an edge over some of my competition, due to my persistence, professionalism, and eagerness to assist those in need.

Although I used the wholesale model as a way to get my into the real estate investing door, I've become increasing interested in other methods of investing through properties, and now I'm looking to build cashflow through rental properties.

I'm looking to gain knowledge that would allow me to build my wholesale business to the point where it would occupy less of my time, allowing me to ultimately build my cashflow portfolio.
