Here I am introducing myself
Hello everyone. My name is Frankie Perez. Not knowing a thing about investing or real estate, I dove right into it in May 2014. Since then, I have had many hard knocks and many deals that have fallen through. Needless to say, my education in real estate has been learned through disappointments and bad advice. I have spent more money than I have made. In hopes to change this cycle, I have since become a real estate broker, obtaining my license around Thanksgiving. I am thankful for my loving and supporting wife and hopefully I can make some money soon because my family is counting on me. My plan is that now that I am a broker, I can serve my network of clients in a more effective way. Educating myself is my current priority. In a profession where everyone has their own opinion, it is important to be secure in one's knowledge. Through all of my disappointments, I am finding out that making it in this biz is only possible if you are willing to educate yourself.
