Most shortsales, drive by only, cash/203K only properties won't have interior photos.If there ever were interior photos and the new owner pulled from the public, the MLS usually has archived copies of the interior photos.In doing a comparative market analysis (there are more in depth videos on Youtube), you want similar style, similar beds and baths, and similar lot size.

I really dont think you can look at too many properties, and the more you look, the more knowledge you will gain for that market  As far as online classes , I took an Itunes course from COlumbia a while back.
