HI BiggerPockets Community,

I found you through the Podcast on iTunes.

My name is Ryan Hutchison. I work for UPS as a Graveyard(7pm-4am) mechanic. I have been interested in real estate investing for a long time. I became a investor by default, when I got married my wife and I both owned a home so we turned one into a rental. The rental does not cash flow but it is paying for itself. My goals for Real estate investing are to buy cash flowing properties to replace mine and my wife's J.O.B. income so I can spend more time with my family. Graveyard shifts are hard on families. After that my goal is to become a reverse tither (live off 10% and give 90% away). I am looking for a mentor/coach in the Denver, CO area. I also want to buy a rental near Birmingham, AL and St Petersburg, FL areas. I have family and Friends in these areas.

I am looking forward to meeting everyone and making long term friendships.
