Looking for a RE investor savvy CPA.
We've done 6 deals ranging from complete tear out rehab to 3 buy & hold. Now we're ready and looking to go up a notch. A CPA with interest and experience around the small RE investor needs, we believe is part of the next step. We've been through Cam Dunlap, Tony Young, Patrick James and a few others and are ready to go hard after our goals. We need a more solid construction/refurbish crew, CPA, hound dogs and fellow go-for-the-gold with class comrades. Slop is never what we have or will leave our buyers with; so people with minimal pride or just greed - leave us be.
