i am an architecture graduate very interested in getting started real estate development. i have already dabbled in real estate buy and hold deals and own some property. i also have some experience in design and development. i would like to develop my knowledge and portfolio by getting started with rehab deals in Southern California.

thank you all. it's awesome that you guys are out there and willing to share your knowledge.

i am already listening to the podcasts. they are amazing. and will definitely check out the books and meetings you recommended @Paul Timmins.

i have also added development to my alerts @Joe Cantanzriti. let's keep in touch for sure.

i did do real estate development classes as part of my degree. i've always been interested in it. architects don't make nearly enough money for the amount of work they put in.
