You don't need another degree, but you do need to start practicing the analytical skills that you will apply in the new role. 

That's just my opinion though, I'm sure you were looking for more of an analytical answer.

I don't know if your hoping to hop on the computer and look for all these different factors and analytics, but that's mostly beneficial when your trying to pinpoint a market.
